HR Director (Part-time)
New Century Software has an immediate part-time opening for a Human Resources Director in Fort Collins, Colorado. We are in the business of developing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for major North American oil and gas pipeline companies. Our growing company is seeking an experienced HR professional that can help identify and recruit key staff positions.
The Human Resources Director guides and manages the overall function of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. The major areas directed are:
- recruiting and staffing;
- organizational and space planning;
- performance management and improvement systems;
- organization development;
- employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;
- employee orientation, development, and training;
- policy development and documentation;
- employee relations;
- compensation and benefits administration; and
- employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
The Human Resources Director originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes high customer satisfaction, empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
The Human Resources Director reports to the President and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
Primary Objectives:
