Pipeline GIS & Integrity Management Project Manager

New Century Software has an immediate opening for a senior level Pipeline GIS & Integrity Management Project Manager in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Responsibilities

Deliver successful projects on the behalf of New Century clients. This includes project planning, staffing, cost estimation, proposal preparation, scheduling, quality control, delivery and implementation.
Remain current with new and existing computer programs, regulations, and philosophies/best-practices related to risk and integrity assessment, management and mitigation.
Maintains, improves, and promotes integrity management processes and best practices in New Century and with our clients.
Performs any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. Consulting with client to analyze and understand client’s business needs and determine requirements and which products/services meet those needs
Prepares special reports for customers that document and/or make recommendations regarding the results of special projects or surveys.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products and services
Travel as required for project

Skills and Qualifications

Ten (10) or more years of demonstrable experience managing multiple GIS and/or Integrity Management projects with staff.
BS degree (MS preferred) in Engineering, Environmental Science, Computer Science or related field from an accredited school, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Strong customer and client relation experience.
Knowledge and experience with Pipeline Integrity Management processes and best practices, including ASME B31.8, risk assessment, data integration, and ILI, DA and other assessment technologies
Experience in pipeline construction, survey, data management, and database design.
Relevant GIS experience with ESRI software (ArcGIS 9, ArcSDE and ArcIMS)
Other relevant business experience: GPS, CAD, Database expertise
Team builder with excellent communication and presentation skills
