Software Developer

New Century Software, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Software Developer in Fort Collins, Co. New Century provides software products and services to the oil and gas pipeline industry.

Requirements

• At least 18 to 24 months of experience developing desktop/web data-driven applications on Microsoft Windows platforms.
• Experience with one or more of the following: C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and database programming using Oracle or SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and experience with TSQL/PLSQL, stored procedures, triggers and views.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Desire to work in fast-paced environment with a small team to ensure that applications meet or exceed customer and product specifications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information technology or other equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with ArcGIS suite of desktop and server products, including ArcGIS Server, ArcSDE, ArcObjects and ArcMap.
• Experience with software engineering practices.
