iAlign

iAlign maximizes the value of your In-line Inspection data by loading it into a pipeline GIS and assisting pipeline operators to accurately locate anomalies.

Working with operators and In-line Inspection (ILI) vendors, New Century Software has developed iAlign to bring two important datasets together: ILI data and a pipeline GIS. iAlign utilizes a standardized ILI Interchange database for storing and reporting of smart pig inspection data.

In order to help pipeline operators more accurately locate anomalies, iAlign allows the user to import ILI data into the application. Then iAlign "aligns" the data as it assigns stationing to each anomaly by interpolating the ILI data between at least two known points in the pipe (control points). This will assist operators in more accurately identifying locations when repairing pipelines.
