Gas Pipeline Software
GPS DataLoader and RouteLoad Express are applications focused on data loading and database population. Facility Manager maintains centerline accuracy and pipeline attribute data, while SpatialSynchronizer keeps ArcSDE graphics synchronized with PODS events. Field personnel can submit pipeline data changes and maintenance updates via the web to a PODS staging database using Facility Manager WebEdit. Centerline Browser enhances the solution by providing a web-enabled ArcGIS Server application so more people in the organization can access information. Gas HCA Analyst aids gas pipeline operators in identifying the location and boundaries of High Consequence Areas (HCAs) and Class Locations per DOT regulations, and Spatial Risk Analyst offers a risk-based approach to pipeline integrity management. After completing an ILI run, iAlign is brought in to load inspection data to a PODS database. Pipeline mapping software options include SheetCutter, SheetCutter Server and TemplateDesigner for alignment sheet and area map production.
Gas Pipeline Services
New Century provides Data Model Consulting to select an appropriate gas transmission GIS model such as PODS or APDM. GIS Implementation involves gathering the organizational requirements and developing the architecture for an optimal pipeline GIS. New Century’s Data Conversion team is highly experienced in migrating data from traditional maps. Data Loading services assist companies with loading new or recently digitized pipeline data to an existing GIS.
We offer Template Design to save companies on the time and expense of creating custom alignment sheets, and Map & Alignment Sheet Generation services for rapid sheet production. Mapping Services such as centerline routing and adjustment are also available.
Pipeline Integrity Management services such as Class Location analysis and HCA analysis on gas transmission pipelines are frequently requested. Risk Assessment includes risk algorithm consulting and other supporting elements to meet DOT pipeline integrity management regulations.
